Ce 1er concert à Washington en 1992 est certainement moins connu que le second d'où ressort un magnifique DVD.
Mais il est vraiment interessant pour les collectionneurs. Voici quelques détails :

- Avant Even Better Than Thea Real Thing, Bono dit : "So where are we? It's raining; it must be D.C. It's either D.C. or Dublin City, I don't know. You know, I remember last time we were in D.C. in the rain..."

- Avant Mysterious Ways, il commence avec le célèbre : "...rock and roll used to be dance music," mais continue avec : "...I don't know about you, but I can only dance in the rain."

- Avant One, Bono chante un vers de la célèbre chanson des Beatles : Rain.
