The fact that this is stolen material has clouded my judgement somewhat. However there are a couple of gems in this collection of material. First of all, Take You Down is without question the highlight track. This contains the tune that would be used for Lady With The Spinning Head and also contains the awesome guitar solo from The Fly. The other cool thing is an early version of Even Better Than The Real Thing which is instrumental and pretty much the same as the album version. Except the album version does not have the same ending as it does here. Personally I prefer the ending on here to the album version. Other things like She's Gonna Blow Your House Down show promise but are still in the early stages of development.

If you want to take a journey through the creation of an album, get this bootleg. Otherwise its not really worth it.

C'est effectivement un bootleg culte mais au final ça reste assez anecdotique. Hormis un ou deux titres, comme doctor doctor le reste est assez pénible à écouter.

A signaler que les titres des chansons peuvent changer d'un boot à l'autre (bah ouais c'est des démos, du coup ce sont les fans qui ont donné des titres).

Un bootleg quasi mythique!!! Et ce statut en fait un incontournable des collections U2.

Quand les fans ont appris son existence, beaucoup se sont jetés dessus...
à tel point qu'Island records a dû publier un avertissement dans la presse pour signaler qu'il ne s'agissait pas du nouveau U2!!!
