Sunday Bloody Sunday est introduit par Bono disant "A song about a land we're living, not a green land, a real bloody land, Sunday Bloody Sunday"
Sur Cry - Electric Co., on entend Bono chantait "slow down, slow down, you're going to fast .... Feeling groovy. if you're going to to San Francisco, be sure to wear flowers in your hair" and ajouté dirrère ça "Well, i don't see many flowers but i see there are a lot of good people, in a good city" avant d'enchainer sur le snipset de Amazing Grace. Cette version est vraiment terrible !!!
Avant A Sort of Homecoming, Bono dira "it feels good for you out there, it's really good for us here. I used to think it was impossible to play such a large place and still have feeling of smallness and intimacy. I hope you people at the back don't feel left put, because you're just as close to the music. It's not about being close to the musicians, the music's much more important, i think. Anyway, The Edge has got smelly feet, you know.
We come from Ireland, from Dublin City. Dublin city is not always a fair City. You know, this song is about good and bad in every city. This song is about a bad, this song is bad, ...a friend of mine, somebody I........ This song is dedicated not just to him but anybody out there. We just as a dangerous love affair with the drug heroin. This song called Bad". |
