Description
Bono wasn't present for the afternoon rehearsals.

Taping Notes
Tintin wasn't able to start the recording since the very beginning of Vertigo, that's why it only starts during Stories for boys snippet, as we weren't near our taping position (actually, we were wandering outside the stadium, waiting for stuffs i don't recall, or just drinking a beer at 'the corner' pub...). A great run followed to reach the fences where these rehearsals were taped. There's a one second dead air at the end of Vertigo. During Until The End Of The World, you can hear a quite old drunk guy that enjoyed us a large part of the afternoon... There's some GSM interfences during the intro of Love & Peace Or Else. The beginning of Crumbs is missing : there's was a long time of inactivity, we waited a little bit then decided to move to another location as nothing was going on. Rehearsals started back around 2 minutes after we left our taping location. Another big run and Tintin was able to resume the recording. It's a pitty : it was Crumbs that suffers.
After Crumbs, for the riff track, PA system was reduced so the sound is not as powerful as the rest of these rehearsals.

Remastering notes
Originally, recording was full of cracks and pops (around 9250), it was caused imo by the HEAVY bass the PA of the Vertigo Tour gives to our ears. I fixed this as best as i can but some cracks remains when the volume was very loud. Used "Ejay music Cleaning Studio" to give better definition to every instruments and the most important, try to reach the wonderfull level of bass present on Sousous's recording of the Brussels show. I removed silent parts here and there, adjusted volume for the quiet parts to be able to hear conversation. A slight hiss is sometime hearable during these quite parts. In overall, sound quality is very good for a soundcheck. Hopefully, our tape position was full of others tapers, so everyone was trying not to shout and clap and all that. I saw 2 others guys taping the audience rehearsals and at least 2 earpiece tapers. So there's a possibility that one day, this rehearsal will appears as a complete recording.

Thanx to a lot of people for this great day : Tintin for taping and beeing so quite while taping, Cou always a pleasure to see you, []JujuU2 for logistic, Jean-Marc for his precious informations, special thanx to the drunk guy with tie and jacket : keep on drinking man, you rules !!! Thanx also to BastHard for his MD player.

Enjoy !!
