Center but far back . You can hear the "waves" of sound as they ecco off the different PA speakers. The ECM mic is not bad but not the same as the "new" SS mic I now own. $150 vs $400. (prices back in 2000) Streets is cut, a security gard come over right when I was going to do a tape flip. I added Streets from a 3rd gen copy from a DAT source I received in trade as a filler.
