Walk On ==================================== Contenu des disques ==================================== Disc 1 & 2 : San Jose, CA, 20 Avril 2001 Mixer Notes : Source: "The Last of the Rock Stars" (audience recording) MIXED WITH "San Jose 2 Earpice" (recording of Adam's earpiece feed) NOTE: I used Cool Edit 2000 to mix "The Last of the Rock Stars" (audience recording) with "San Jose 2 Earpiece" (recording of Adam's earpiece feed) to form this matrix recording. I divided the audiece recording into approximately 30 segments that I then stretched to match comparable segments from the earpiece recording. In most cases, the difference between the Audience and earpiece recordings was between 0.05 and 0.2 seconds. After stretching the audience recording segments to match the earpiece recording segments, I mixed the two together using Cool Edit's Mix Paste -- Overlap feature. The end result is an awesome recording that features the best of both worlds -- the ambience of an audience recording with the clean sound of a soundboard recording. Of course it doesn't hurt that the source audience recording ("The Last of the Rock Stars") is one of the best audience recordings around. ==================================== Revue : ==================================== AchtungBootlegs.com / 24.10.2005
